Dr. Tracee and Rodrick Vaughan are a faith-filled Kingdom couple, co-leaders of Genesis Coaching Services, and are dedicated to strengthening marriages, restoring families, and empowering
the next generation.
The Vaughan's blend clinical insight and lived experience to serve individuals, couples, and families with authenticity and compassion. Their personal journey of healing after the tragic loss of their son has shaped their ministry with a message of hope, restoration,
and God’s redemptive power.
Dr. Tracee is a Certified Marriage and Family Life Coach, Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, and holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. She is currently pursuing licensure in
Marriage and Family Therapy.
Coach Rodrick is a U.S. Army veteran and Certified Marriage and Family Life Coach. He brings a powerful testimony of
overcoming trauma, depression, and PTSD.
Together, they are passionate about rebuilding families and reviving hearts, offering Christ-centered coaching, counseling, and outreach.

The Property Safety Blueprint Workshop is a practical, hands-on training designed specifically for Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, Real Estate Agents, Maintenance Supervisors, and Onsite Property staff who want to strengthen safety awareness and preparedness in their daily work environments.
Working in property management and real estate often requires professionals to meet with unknown individuals, enter vacant units, handle difficult situations, and navigate emergencies. This workshop equips participants with proactive safety strategies, situational awareness techniques, and practical tools to help reduce risk and respond confidently when safety concerns arise.
Led by Coach Rodrick, a retired military veteran and former gunner, this workshop combines real-world experience, tactical awareness, and property industry insight. Coach Rodrick brings years of discipline, leadership, and safety training to help property professionals develop a mindset and plan that prioritizes personal safety, team communication, and emergency preparedness.
During the workshop, participants will learn:
· How to improve situational awareness when working onsite or in the field
· Strategies for showing units safely and interacting with prospective clients
· Safety protocols for maintenance and onsite staff when entering units or working alone
· How to recognize and respond to potential threats or unsafe situations
· Methods for developing a property-specific safety plan for their workplace
· Communication strategies for team coordination during emergencies
Each participant will receive a Property Safety Plan Template and a guided workbook designed to help them apply what they learn and implement safety procedures within their property or organization.
